We chipped our engineered stone bench by dropping a Le Creuset lid on it. There were 4 very small chips on the profile and one larger one. Surface care provided me a quote from photos I sent and I received a text from Ping to book a time. She arrived on time and spend about 2 hours completing the repair. It was like an art work and she kept working on it until she had a pretty invisible match. You would not be able to find the repair unless you knew where it was! She was a perfectionist and an artist. I am very grateful that our 6mth old bench looks perfect again. I would highly recommend this service from quoting to booking to quality of repair! Exceptional!
A truly incredible transformation on my engineered wooden floors covering a large black stain that is now completely undetectable!! Surface Care was a ray of sunshine after a trade damaged my brand new bench top. I couldn't get any helpful responses from my cabinet maker, or laminex other than replace the whole thing at my cost. As far as I'm concerned, Surface care are the best at what they do. If you need any works/repairs done on kitchen counter/bench tops and the like, do not waste your time with anyone else. I was told by another service provider, that was recommended by the real estate, that the issue with my kitchen counter top/benchtop was not able to be rectified. He basically told me my only option was to get it replaced. Surface care accepted the job and sent around a technician who practically performed magic in an hour. I would highly recommend them.
