Our Services

Natural Stone (Granite, Marble, Quartzite)

These are the classics for kitchen benchtops. Marble looks great but it’s soft and pricey, so chips and edge knocks need quick attention. Most damage shows up on front edges, corners and around sinks or cooktops.

Surface Care repairs the damage by:

Cleaning and prepping the chip so the fill bonds properly
Rebuilding with a colour-matched hardening wax or mineral fill, UV-cured where suitable
Reprofiling the edge, then honing and polishing to blend the repair

Laminate

Chips show up fast on front edges, corners and near sinks. If moisture hasn’t yet seeped into the surface, a tidy cosmetic repair can make a big difference.

TSurface Care repairs the damage by:

Drying and stabilising the area so the repair holds.
Applying a colour-matched putty or repair system and refining the edge.
Our Services

Legacy Engineered Stone (Already Installed)

Plenty of homes have older engineered stone tops. We only do repair work on these as Australian law now allows no cutting, fabrication or installation.

How we fix it:

Assess the surface first to see what is doable.
Stabilise, re-bond, fill and blend the finish.

Our team will advise on any other steps if required.

Finishing the surface carefully to match the surrounding area.

Timber

A warm and natural kitchen surface, but edges and corners take the hits. Small dents and chips will stand out near sinks and joins.

To fix timber benchtop chips we:

Fill with a hardening wax and colour-match to the surrounding grain
Sand the area smooth and even
Recoating the surface for a consistent tone and sheen across the edge
Stone benchtop showing yellowish stains and dull patches affecting the finish.Restored stone benchtop with consistent colour and no visible stains.
