The duration of the repair process depends on the extent of the damage and the type of surface. For stone benchtops, this can be anywhere from a few hours to a full day.
Allow at least 24 hours for the repair to fully set and cure. If our technician has advised a different specific timeframe, please follow that guidance.
For engineered stone, we can’t cut it, but we can add to it. For caesarstone repair as one example, filling cracks is a service we can perform.
If a benchtop can’t be repaired, we’ll always be upfront about it. In most cases, we can confirm this from the photos you send through, but if it requires a site inspection and we find it’s not repairable, we’ll let you know right away and provide alternative options - feel free to adjust
